Clayton Riddle is the CFO of PetroVybe. He most recently served as CFO for TruRoc Resources. Clayton began his career at Halliburton and has since held engineering, development, and finance positions at Sheridan Production Company, American Resources, Inc., PEDEVCO Corp and Odyssey Energy. He has a strong proficiency in corporate finance, M&A, engineering, operations, revenue generation, profitability maximization, and executive-level decision making. At Odyssey Energy, Clayton developed corporate financial models and technical valuations to advise CEOs, venture capitalists, and capital sponsors on more than 70 upstream & midstream acquisition opportunities. He was responsible for raising $25 Million for a full equity sponsorship of a new venture drilling opportunity in South Texas. ​

Following the corporate takeover of PEDEVCO in 2018, Clayton grew the company’s leasehold position through a series of acquisitions, increased EBITDA 900% and revenue 400%, and added 10 million barrels of proved oil reserves. PEDEVCO was awarded “Best Independent Company – North America – 2019” by World Finance Oil & Gas. He was also nominated for Oil & Gas Investor 2018 Forty Under 40 in Energy. ​

​Prior to PEDEVCO, Clayton served as Production Engineer and Development Engineer at Sheridan where he managed assets that encompassed more than $1 Billion in value across the Permian Basin, Gulf Coast, East Texas, Mid-Continent, and Rockies. He was responsible for engineering, production and workover operations, capital development programs, risk management, planning, and financial modeling at the asset level.​
